U2 has added two additional European dates to the eXPERIENCE and iNNOCENCE tour, one each in Belfast and Paris. However, Dublin, where four shows sold out in minutes, misses out, as U2 confirms that the Belfast date will be the last one added in Ireland.
Irish fans took to social media to complain that many who queued for hours missed out as tickets sold out in minutes, and even €650 VIP tickets had sold out by midday, according to Irelands national TV service, RTE.
The additional dates are:
October 28th – SSE Arena, Belfast
September 13th – Accor Hotels Arena, Paris
Heres an excerpt from the official announcement from MCD/Live Nation:
Live Nation and MCD have now confirmed a second and final show for Belfast on 28th October 2018, with tickets on sale from 9th February, due to huge demand after all tickets for U2’s eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour first Belfast date, as well as for their four Dublin shows, sold out this morning.
