PRNewswire has announced that U2 has confirmed to them that they will re-issue three albums on Vinyl.
- POP. 2 LP edition. Given that this is a double-album, there’s room for more than the original 12 songs, but the announcement didn’t mention any additional material.
- Wide Awake In America. The 1985 EP contained the first live version of BAD and A sort of homecoming, as well as introducing us to Love comes tumbling and The three sunrises.
- All that you can’t leave behind. This is being released as a single LP, indicating that there is likely little room for additional bonus tracks.
All three are being released on 180 gram vinyl and come with download cards. All three titles are now available for pre-order on U2.com, release date is April 13th.
